Data removed by reset
- Saved standard workout history
- Challenge history
- Records used by the calendar and progress charts
- Personal Analytics data
- Achievement badge progress
Reset steps
- Export any records you want to keep
- Open Account
- Select Reset All Records
- Review the record count and warning, then continue
- Enter the confirmation text shown on screen
- Confirm the deletion
Files that are not deleted
JSON backups already exported outside ArcNext are not deleted by Reset All Records. Delete unwanted backup files from their saved location yourself.
Restore after a reset
If you still have a JSON backup, use Restore Backup to add those records again. Deleted records cannot be recovered without a backup.
